Can offer advice and information about benefits and will deal with your claim for financial support. You can call in during opening hours and will need some form of identification such as your driving licence or passport.

What they offer
Offers advice and support for clients seeking work or training. Can offer information about training that leads to work, current vacancies and arrange interviews for you. On Tuesdays, a Childcare Development Worker is present to offer advice about childcare and childminding. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, a New Deal for Lone Parents Advisor is available and on every other Thursday, a worker form the Children's Information service is present.
