Sure Start Westminster Church Street
Local Programme is a group of services funded by the Government, which brings together support for you and your family in a different way. It is available to all families with a child/children under 4 living in the Sure Start Area. The programme is led by a partnership of parents and local organisations and aims to promote the physical, intellectual and social development of your baby/child in order to give him/her the best possible start in life.
