What they offer
Staff provide a full range of housing options to people in housing need, an assessment service to homeless people and the provision of temporary accommodation were applicable. They also provide general advice to Westminster residents, including private tenants and leaseholders and maintain the City Council's housing register including the tenant transfer list

Open to personal callers from Monday to Friday 09.00-16.00 with the exception of Wednesday when it opens at 10.00

On the first Wednesday of every month the service is closed until 12.30 for training
