The web site will remain the property of Itswebmagic until paid for in full.

Upon paying for the web site the client is agreeing the project is completed to their satisfaction. Any further work that is then required must be paid for seperately.

Itswebmagic are not responsible for any external factors that may affect the web site of it's performance.

Domain names are purchased through a registered Inter-nic domain name registering agency. Itswebmagic only act as a third party to register the name for the client.

Web space is sub let from Itswebmagic web space that has been purchased through a hosting company. Although the hosting company try to achieve at least 99.81% uptime, Itswebmagic are not responsible for this.

Search engine submissions are performed both manually and automated. Acceptance is down to the individual search engine. Itswebmagic cannot therefore guarantee acceptance or ranking in any search engine as we have no control over them.

Any 'free' service that is taken such as the counter service that is performed by an external company may be stopped without notice by the company providing the service. Because Itswebmagic only charge for the coding of adding this service to the web site Itswebmagic cannot be responsible for the service.

Although every effort will be made to make the web site appear the same in Internet Explorer and Netscape it is not always possible. For instance certain javascript will not work in Netscape. Where possible Itswebmagic will make the client aware of this before completion.

Every effort will be made for replication of the web site in both main browsers. Because of the much larger popularity of Internet Explorer over Netscape, Itswebmagic will design web sites to look best in Internet Explorer unless requested otherwise.

Web sites cannot be fully tested in any of the other 'less popular browsers' i.e. Opera.

Itswebmagic cannot be responsible for future developments resulting in required amendments for the web site. For instance new versions of browsers may affect the way the web site is viewed or used.
